On our first scheduled call (or face to face if you live in my area!), I will do an initial assessment of what your goals are.
We will talk about your challenges, obstacles, current dietary/lifestyle habits and anything else that you feel is relevant to your situation. Our conversation generally will last about 1 to 2 hours.
I will make tailored recommendations based upon your nutritional needs and current lifestyle habits. Together, we will make a plan so that YOU can achieve YOUR goals.
On our weekly scheduled calls (that can last about 1/2 an hour), we will evaluate your progress, discuss your challenges and brainstorm strategies that work for you!
