How it Works?:
- The 1st meeting will be an initial assessment. We will talk about your goals, challenges, obstacles, current dietary/lifestyle habits and anything else that you feel is relevant to your situation. Our first conversation generally will last about 1.5 to 2 hours and will give me insight on your needs. All our coaching sessions will be via online Skype/Facetime, face to face or by telephone – we can decide together what suits you best.
- All our coaching meetings are 30 minutes via online Skype/Facetime, face to face or telephone
- The topics covered will stem from your needs
- Documents and worksheets designed to help you with your goals will be given to you
- Email/text support between sessions. Need help trying to decipher menu options? Want an opinion on grocery items? Did you polish off a whole chocolate bar and feel out of control? Do you want to share with me something positive? Why not? Feel free to message or email me anytime – I want to hear from you!
- Meetings will be pre-arranged
- I’m flexible should a meeting have to be re-scheduled
